This may include customer contact information, lead lists, CRM databases, call recordings, transcripts, chat logs, internal business documents, login credentials, API keys, audio samples, brand materials, and any other data required to configure and operate your AI systems. We only access and use this information for the specific purpose of delivering the services you have engaged us to provide.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and schedule consultations, deliver and improve our services, build and maintain the AI systems we develop for clients, send marketing communications when you have opted in, analyze website usage to improve performance and user experience, run advertising campaigns and measure their effectiveness, process payments and manage billing, comply with legal obligations, and detect and prevent fraud, security incidents, and technical issues.
We do not sell your personal information.
Client Data and How We Handle It
When Deployd.ai is engaged to build or operate AI systems on behalf of a client, we may access, process, or store data that belongs to the client or to the client's customers.
In every client engagement, the client remains the owner and controller of their data. Deployd.ai acts as a service provider, handling data only to deliver the services. Client data is never used to train AI models for other clients, sold, shared with unauthorized third parties, or used outside the scope of the agreed work. We implement reasonable security measures to protect client data during transmission, storage, and processing. We retain client data only as long as necessary to deliver the services or as required by applicable law, and we will delete or return client data upon request at the end of an engagement.
Specific data handling terms for each engagement are outlined in the service agreement between Deployd.ai and the client. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and a signed service agreement, the service agreement takes priority.
If you are an end customer of one of our clients — for example, someone who interacted with an AI voice agent we built for a business — please refer to that business's own privacy policy for details about how your data is collected and used.
How We Share Information
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
With service providers. We share information with trusted vendors who help us operate our business, including hosting providers, AI infrastructure providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Retell AI), analytics platforms, email marketing services, payment processors, and CRM tools. These vendors are contractually required to use the information only to perform services for us.
With clients. If you are an end user or customer of one of our clients, your information may be shared with that client as part of the services we provide to them.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government regulation, or to protect the legal rights, safety, and security of Deployd.ai, our clients, or others.
In business transfers. If Deployd.ai is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or business reorganization, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Analytics data follows the default retention settings of the platforms we use.
